Livin Good began as a personal mantra for a real estate agent who believes a good life is something people actively create. She needed an identity that could support her professional presence while carrying a larger message about home, optimism, and the way we choose to live.

Livin Good needed to connect a real estate business with an idea much larger than buying or selling a home. The brand had to feel personal and optimistic without slipping into generic lifestyle messaging or looking like another traditional real estate identity.
The founder already had the words and the mindset behind them. The challenge was giving that philosophy a distinct visual presence that felt natural in her professional world, desirable on merchandise, and relevant beyond a single transaction.
The results.
Livin Good became a recognizable expression of the founder’s outlook, not simply a name attached to her work. The identity gives her a more personal way to connect with clients while allowing the message to live beyond real estate through merchandise people genuinely want to wear.
The approach.
We treated Livin Good as a belief first and a real estate brand second. That shift allowed the identity to feel more human, wearable, and lasting.
CK Studio built a visual identity around the founder’s mantra, creating a system that could move comfortably between her professional presence and a broader lifestyle message. We then extended the identity into merchandise, treating each piece as part of the brand experience rather than conventional promotional apparel.
