Rime is a conversational voice AI company building enterprise-grade voice models trusted by teams across healthcare, fintech, and hospitality. As they scaled, they needed a creative partner who could keep their pace with a consistent design presence embedded alongside their team.

Rime was growing fast, as they had new product launches and were expanding their enterprise sales. Their internal team didn't have the bandwidth to keep up with the volume of design work that growth demanded.
Campaigns, presentations, marketing materials, and day-to-day design needs were piling up without a dedicated creative resource. They needed support for consistent asset delivery without the overhead of hiring in-house.
The results.
The approach.
We embedded as an extension of the internal team. One point of contact, unified creative direction, and the flexibility to move as fast as the business needed.
We worked on a month-to-month basis, handling whatever Rime needed across campaigns, presentations, marketing materials, and day-to-day design. The result was consistent, high-quality output without the bottleneck of briefing a new team every time.
